Payments

• Payment for all lessons must be made in advance, before your first session.


• For larger lesson bundles (10 or more lessons), feel free to get in touch to discuss payment options.


• You’ll receive an invoice by email with a 14-day payment window. A reminder will be sent for any overdue payments

Cancelation

• Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.


• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full (100%).


• If you cancel within 24 hours, you’re welcome to transfer the lesson to a friend or family member for the original time slot.


• If I need to cancel a lesson due to illness, holiday, or any other reason, the lesson will always be rescheduled, and any bundles will be extended accordingly.

Lesson Bundles

• 5-lesson bundles are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.


• 10-lesson bundles are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Term Tuition

Autumn Term 2025 Monday, 28 September 2025 – Friday, 20 December 2025

• By booking for the term, you agree to pay the full invoice amount.


• Payment can be made in 1 to 3 instalments, but the invoice — or at least the portion covering upcoming lessons — must be settled before lessons begin.


• If you need to miss a lesson, it’s your responsibility to reschedule it within the term period.


• If I cancel a lesson (e.g., due to illness), I will always offer a replacement.


• The payment schedule will be arranged in agreement with you.


• Invoices are sent by email and are payable within 14 days. Reminders will be sent if needed.


• Term fees are non-refundable.

By paying the invoice, you agree to attend lessons in line with your registration and our agreement.
