Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to learn with me! Before booking, please take a moment to read through the terms and conditions below. They’re here to ensure everything runs smoothly and fairly for both of us.
I understand that life can be unpredictable — if something comes up, just let me know and we’ll work together to find a solution.
Payments
- Payment for all lessons must be made in advance, before your first session.
- For larger lesson bundles (10 or more lessons), feel free to get in touch to discuss payment options.
- You’ll receive an invoice by email or text message
Cancelation
- Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full (100%).
- If you cancel within 24 hours, you’re welcome to transfer the lesson to a friend or family member for the original time slot.
- If I need to cancel a lesson due to illness, holiday, or any other reason, the lesson will always be rescheduled, and any bundles or courses will be extended accordingly.
Lesson Bundles
- 5-lesson bundles are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.
- 10-lesson bundles are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Courses
- By booking a course, you agree to pay the full invoice amount.
- Payment can be made in monthly instalments, but the invoice — or at least the portion covering upcoming lessons — must be settled before lessons begin.
- After the course has started, monthly instalments are due on the 15th of each month, regardless of the course’s start date.
- If you need to miss a lesson, it’s your responsibility to reschedule it within the course period.
- If I need to cancel a lesson due to illness, holiday, or any other reason, the lesson will always be rescheduled and the course will be extended accordingly.
- Course fees are non-refundable.
By paying the invoice, you agree to attend lessons in line with your registration and our agreement.
